So I'm a low perfomer, and I know it based on TRR and comparing myself with my peers. I had a frank discussion with my director yesterday, and she told me as much as possible, but said our division (healhcare) is safe.
If I were her, I would take the chance to dump me, and hire a replacement, but after next week, I would imagine there's gonna be a hiring freeze, she'd rather keep a mediocre performer instead of getting nuffin.
