Remember, attorneys will only go after low hanging fruit. The more you document the less they have to work and therein is the low hanging fruit. You are entitled to a copy of the items in your file detailing your hiring, reviews, pay raises and current pay, discipline, actions. You are completely entitled to review the entirety of your file. Do it. Note unsigned disciplinary notices. Note calls regarding behavior where you were never talked to. To any negative items, neatly document your side of the story and add it. The more you can show you've done, the better the chances are that Qualcomm's lawyers will want to settle. Continue documenting and please share your progress.

@ Did it: Chances are you was robbed! If you really had a case, chances are you could have sued their @$$3$ for 7 figures, because the EEOC, state and others get penalties! Although there's something to be said for settling it quick, clean, and quietly with no filings to prejudice your future career--which I would personally recommend. Law is a lot like the stock market: Bulls can win, bears, can win, but pigs never win. It's going to cost QCOM about $150,000 to pursue an action to trial; and about $75,000 to pursue it to summary judgment. If what you want is less than $75,000, or $150,000 if your case can survive MSJ, it's cheaper for them to buy you off.
116369: Apply for unemployment--even if you think you won't get it. The excuses QCOM gives to get out of payment are often useful later in a Motion for Summary Judgment--if they try to change their story. Also, if you believe you have been discriminated against, file an EEOC complaint within 180 days of termination or the most recent qualifying discriminatory act. Good lawyers don't "just go after low hanging fruit." But they will tell you it costs the clients less if they request a lot of the information on their own. You may want to spend a few hundred bucks on a legal consult, just to make sure you fill out the EEOC and other complaints correctly, though, as doing it incorrectly can screw your case. You may also have other potential causes of action.
remember they settled with BRCM not long ago for ~1Billion

That is not true. If you have a case of Qualcomm attorneys will settle out of court for 40 percent of your annual salary without even discussing it. I know
I think there is some folks discussing with attorney about class action lawsuit basically for forcing people to work unpaid long hours..if I heard correctly it was some violation of some labor law..not sure if it will go through or not.
Lot of these activities happening without HR/Legal having any visibility so they may the we aware of it. Q Attorney will not be much useful for labor law related issues,.
Get a life, this will take you nowhere. They (Q Attorneys) will chew you up and spit out in no time.
