No matter what you do, you are not going to get a $50million pay bump, like the one S&M got.
Are those "recovered" engineers hired back from MTK super-star engineers? ..... they should be right? if not that really SUCKS considering the meager bonus and 1.25% I got last review period after working my ass out in fear of the 5K layoff rumor ...I should have follow S&M example an bring an offer from competition to get a good raise. It seems nowadays is the ONLY way to get the compensation you deserve. Man, it really sucks!
Why Wait? A dozen RF engineers in RF division left for MTK all rehired with significant salary increase and/or promos!!!!!!!! Loyal to Q is treated as a piece of shxx.
I DON'T EVEN HAVE A RESUME OR LINKEDIN ACCOUNT NEITHER !!! I KNOW IN THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART WE WILL F*CKING PREVAIL AND EMERGE FROM THE STORM STRONGER THAN EVER !!!
