We are looking to hire back all who were laid off on 12/10/2014; they will keep their severance packages and will be offered additional bonuses to compensate for their inconvenience. In addition, I am pleased to announce that we plan to increase headcount by 15% by the end of FY2015. To help realize this goal, $10K referral bonuses will be given to employees who refer a candidate who is hired and is employed for 30 days or more.
