The school will close the campus in May 2016 and will do a 1 yr teach out program for the remaining students. then students will be referred to the online school or other near by universities. BPI owns several pieces of property in Clinton which i'm sure they will try to sell now. It is hard to understand why Bridgepoint/ rockies/ashford staff continue to stay. Cant they see this this is a sinking ship? They must be like the band on the titanic....playing until the very end. Would not surprise me if the Denver Rockies campus closes within the next couple of yrs.

@None, this should be bigger news because Ashford was one of the subjects of College, Inc., the PBS/Frontline video. The only way Ashford got their accreditation in the first place was that they took the accreditation that already existed in the (financially) failing school.
