Believe what you want. She is here because Zenith is serious about succeeding OR she is here for the money. The fact is that the core of Zenith is shit and there has been no movement by Dave Hawn to put better middle management in place. These PhDs are all for hire and when Zenith is closed down, she can claim nothing to do with it. She tried. And then move on to the next position. Not kid yourselves, Dave Hawn is playing everyone for a fool.
Troy was the man!! This ivy league "rent-some-respectability" will be gone very soon as well. She's just working for the $$$$$$. Get your PhD and whore yourself out to the highest bidder. Zenith is a joke.
I remember Hawn saying how Troy would bring credibility to Zenith. He was the perfect person with all his experience in non-profit education to get this company off to a great start. As soon as he seen what was really going on, he told Davie to take this job and shove it.
She was already done with Ivy and Hawn is attempting to buy Zenith respectability with her.
