Now that the PDs and PLs are gone the faculty will be working 80 to 90 hours per week.
Faculty will not be performing PD and PL jobs too.

What do you mean gone? Seems like a blanket statement. Are all gone, some gone, a couple gone? Which is it?
PLs and PDs did nothing but harass instructors. As such, no addition workload to absorb.....
You mean faculty WILL have to work the PD and PL jobs?
