Did anyone that was let go today receive the paperwork from HR that is supposed to outline the severance package?

Sick leave does not have to be paid. Vacation pay is at the companies discretion unless required under your states law. If your vacation time was changed to use it or lose it in 2014 then you won't get it.

Vacation and sick time should be protected by the Federal Labor Laws. I would file a claim if not paid out.

Is this being sent to zenith.org email or personal? Even though I am here until the 10th, this should have been sent yesterday.

If you are a full time instructor - you know, the people who have been working around the clock keeping this place in business - you're in for a real treat: one week of severance for every year served, and screwed out of 200+ hours of vacation and sick time. F*ck you very much, ECMC.
