111586: Not all of us are employed by the Q Empire. And some of us have been optioning stocks for over 20 years. So yeah, some of us will wait for the trough, buy, and capitalize on the fact that the combination of Jana, stock buybacks, and management stupidity = enough action for ordinary investors to make some real money before the company becomes just another lukewarm takeover target for an Asian company that needs a US presence.

why on earth would an employee with a sizeable RSU/ESPP want to double down on stupidity to buy more shares in the same stock, for a stupid 2% dividend when the rest of the market is also down, and with much better investments out there without nearly as much risk as the Q? Are you trying to competing with former enron employees as being the biggest financial moron you can be by concentrating everything you have into your 1 stock that also happens to be your employer? Wow.

The overwhelming majority of "savvy investors" are a bunch of f*cking lemmings! The whole market got killed. Banks in Greece are closed for a week, and Greek depositors are limited to withdrawing 60 Euros (~66 USD) per diem on their cards. People are hunkering down in anticipation of similar problems in Italy, Spain and a few other countries. And there's that terrorism in France/potential war in the Middle East thing.... Meanwhile, the official "downgrade" depresses lots of stock prices. There should be a slight bounce in time for a sell-off before the 4th that provides enough to pay for that long weekend vacation. For the truly savvy investors, buying now and holding, and reaping the dividends in the meantime may make sense.

111383-You are delusional. The overwhelming majority of savvy investors DO think respected analysts such as Drexel Hamilton ARE reliable. Hence the stock's dramatic decline following the downgrade.

How much has the Q lost on share buybacks? How many employees could have been saved with that amount?
