Shell needs to terminate all Contractors before terminating their own investment (employees)
Anyone who is a hourly employee, and a poor performer should be very worried for their job.Sad thing is these poor performers are not smart enuff to know it. We need bedspace on every offshore facility. If I was reducing jobs, I would hit offshore clear out the poor performers , and make room for higher acheivers. Just my opinion
