Same thing they did at JC Penney!
Why was the CIO let go from JC Penney if it was so successful? Now he and his group are at Fossil doing the same thing. Outsourcing job to Infosys.
Well now....Mr. Ed a few years back stated that no one was going to be outsourced. How did that work out?

Who'll train me now??? Ed Robeen? He is the one that came to India and told us that the IT dept would welcome us and teach us their jobs!
He was fired from jcpenney because he had no vision for the future and had f'd up their it dept. Ron Johnson is the one who let him go...
Remember the CIO was hired with the CEO and boards approval. They picked him to run the IT department with the knowledge of his past management practices at JCP. It was all part of the plan. Blame the CEO and Board for the direction they are taking the company, they are key stakeholders in the decisions of outsourcing of IT.
