The FBI is ready to move on their investigation of CCi and it looks as if there will finally be more "accreditation" scrutiny. Those in the know realize that ACICS heads have been bought off by CCi and others so they are in danger of exposure now as well. About time.
Unfortunately the RVPO's don't care much about ethics. They know that the hold reports are upwards of 30 students per school. They know that a lot of students don't have proof of high school graduation and some graduated and some are in school for months getting ready to graduate. What do they do about it? Nothing. The only thing they do is sending emails during audit time to show that they care about compliance. Don't let that fool you. All they care about is their fat checks and their big bonus money. If they actually care they would give directives to drop ALL students without POG and ALL the students on the hold reports.
ACICS is at fault because it is just pretend accreditation, but that's as far as it goes. The regionals aren't much better when it comes to oversight of institutions.
It seems to me that it will make a lot is sense to jail the former CCI RVPO's, who by the way are the current Zenith RVPO's. Jail time for these crooks will at least be fair to all people who got screwed by these crooks.
You're showing how uninformed you are on how accreditation works. ACICS teams come in to audit school campuses often for no longer than 1-3 days. To suggest they were knowingly complicit to the predatory loans and faked placement data of CCi is beyond ridiculous.
Were CCi exes and some managers crooks? Absolutely! Was ACICS in any way a party to that fraud? No, and anyone who says so is likely as much a conspiracy nut as those who believe in faked moon landings.
