Are new hires safe or will they be cutting them too? It'll be pretty messed up if they cut someone who's only started working 3 months ago

Not so. The almighty dollar controls this game
We typically want to make sure we maintain good relationships with career centers at Campuses, so direct hires from schools are OK. Everyone else is a fair game.
