The V&M Marketing and Technology team is a joke. I don't know what i'm doing, and neither does my boss. No time to study the market, just tell the bosses what they want to hear.
Advice to Management
Take a serious look at theV and M leadership team in Houston. They have you fooled for now Scott.
Know the time to get the real information out. With the resent sale you may survive the wrath. It's obvious the new owner are going to expect suck ups to do what they do. Don't hesitate choke or gage and still have a position. NOT! Ha ha ha ha!
Wow! Not a good sign for a healthy organization.
Post from June - No names, but those who know this is an excellent example. A guy in VM moved thru multiple jobs right up to VP level. He never managed any of the groups he was over, too busy on 'special projects'. All special projects and processes he was involved with are totally useless and failures. The trick is he never was accountable as he always moved on to something else as soon as anything was implemented. Guys/gals, with Management like this, the company is doomed. Good luck and hope you find a better company/employer. No need wasting your talents at this company.
