As enrollment declines reductions need to be made, this means not only head count but rental able sf as well. Rent in philly is probably mid $20's / sf . Consolidating the campus will probably save the school. Can only sack so many people..
They are probably going to centralize your campus to be processed at the center in Chandler.
No, I absolutely know they are measuring to determine who's the biggest dick at EDMC. The competition will be fierce, without a doubt.
