As part of the QCA acquisition, I received ~$120K worth (at time of grant, vesting over 3 yrs) of RSUs as part of a retention package and have essentially been in a rest and vest mode. I handle issues whenever there are escalations, but that's it. Now that all my shares (including ones received while at ATHR) have vested, I have been using my spare time posting on this board and looking for my next job. It'll be even better if I'm paid to leave, and i hope it happens

A lot of the Atheros people got nice packages. Whether it was $120K worth is debateable.
