Will us senior directors and managers being about as smart as retarded worms, we give the reason up to the people who tell her nuts and lick our asses. We usually save the ones and twos for very competent and likeable people but these people don't gargle our nuts. In all actuality we really don't even know what they do. We just listen to the people who stick their tongues up our asses and then we start handing out the ones and twos to these poor bastards. Then maybe competent and very knowledgeable of their work but their sexual favors just don't cut the mustard. I am myself, like it when Salman shelves two or three fingers up my ass. I give that person a 7. Man or woman
