Could one ever truely trust a company who could fire its so called "prize child". This guy has won employee of the year and had great integrity, how could they let go such a director? I am just saddened that they let him go but i hope that if HR is reading you realize yall made a big mistake.

Ditto for Sam Lynn engineering Todd Pearson getting axed so he could put his woman in. Todd was the best CP in the company and now Brandon has the worst. SMH.

That's not how terminations work. HR processes the termination, but the role of the decision to terminate an employee rests with that employee's management.
