Thread regarding Fossil Inc. layoffs

It sounds like Fossil Group isn’t in particularly bad financial shape.

It sounds like Fossil Group isn’t in particularly bad financial shape.

“Considering that we have not found any problem in the company's fundamentals, we can be reasonably certain that the depressed price today can only be the result of investor irrationality. For that reason, I believe that the Fossil Group represents a good opportunity for investors.”

With the downward stock trend, there might not be any severance check money left. You minus well leave and find a job instead of being let go with the next group of people and everyone looking for the same job as you... It will be more job competition from all the laid off Fossil workers..,

Actually, I posted this to demonstrate that our outsourcing/offshoring was not due to Fossil being in dire financial straits, but rather pure greed. I didn't think I needed to explain it...

I don't expect any bonus check -- I'm just waiting for my severance check and then on to greener pastures.

Well they have to do something to keep up the facade. It's obvious that something is rotten in Denmark.

Hopefully we will see some fossil stock dropping tomorrow morning. Don't expect excellence bonus checks any year soon.

Haha. I love when Fossil trolls post. It shows how much they're shaking and praying the stock stops falling.
