Could one ever truely trust a company who could fire its so called "prize child". This guy has won employee of the year and had great integrity, how could they let go such a director? I am just saddened that they let him go but i hope that if HR is reading you realize yall made a big mistake.

I'm confident he'll get a better job where he's appriciated. Working for Zenith just holds good people back.
Everyone will be gone soon. He just got a head start on the rest of you. Don't feel bad for the ones that were terminated, feel happy that we now have better jobs.
OP, you just said it, "... had integrity...", depending on the direction of the company, this has a tendency of "getting in the way"
Its starting to appear that many of those fired should have been kept and most kept should have been fired. These new first level "bosses" that replaced the PD's and PL's have no management or leadership skills.
