In other words, what's the dynamic range of the scores, really?

@ Anonymous133390 , imho, I don't think so because its not easily implementable in matrix system (i.e one manager can have all 4+ performer reporting to him but working in different tech teams/leads )...but recently ditching of the matrix system by QC is a cultural shock for many teams and will take some time to play out ,It can change significantly in future where leads may be forced to choose winners and losers ( current set of tech leads who are in QCOM for a while do not have any experience in managing complexity comes with it so they may need to go through some learning pain...)
Below 3 is not forced. 3-7 are forced to fit a bell curve.
