Zero Second notice, its kind of fire. after lunch or before lunch its upto syntel manager choice.

but they have plan ,,before 2-4 week ..if manager says lot of big "Anmol vachan" things like about valueable/key resource/hig visibility on you /full time/GC..and big thing you can not thing what they can tell to you.

lay offs for Syntel Inc employees with one day notice is going on and no other IT Consulting company does this to its employees.
