This is for 2015 - just got announced. The layoffs will affect 5% of our guys and since we have about 7K people working for us it'll probably require layoffs for roughly 300 people. The stock keeps sliding as well, that will not help us and we may have tough time in 2016 and beyond. I really thought we'll be able to avoid this but now it happened.
