Who the hell would still want to be employed at this company? Idiots are the only ones staying.
Please....stop being pathetic and complaining. It's really insulting to those who had high integrity but were let go due to TINA STRAVEDES and her stupidity.
137 - Do you get a weekly or somewhat regular email from someone? If so, that might be your manager and you might want to ask them if you still need to enter your outreach efforts into Talisma. My manager let us know during Week 1 that we did not need to continue doing data-entry into Talisma and that was also announced during an all-faculty meeting during Week 2.
to 135. If you are in management, you need to get this out there!
I really don't know who is my boss, but no one has told me Talisma is gone. They seem to be going another direction with new training, so this may be true. Wish they would let some of us know. I've only worked for them a little over a year, has it always been so void of information?
944 - Weekly outreach is still required but the follow-up data-entry into Talisma isn't required any longer. Talisma not being used to log every outreach attempt by instructors doesn't mean there is a lack of concern with student attrition and participation. Instructor's time is now being freed up to focus on teaching and outreach efforts rather than data-entry tasks.
Not being concerned with student attrition or class participation anymore, very interesting. This should tell you something.
My PD told us that we did not have to log anything into Talisma any longer. We were told that during Week 1.
When will Talisma be gone? Does it even matter if we use it at this point?
If Talisma is gone, then why - pray tell - am I still having to use it for outreach and student contact logging???
I don't know what you are talking about. it is still there, I wish it was gone.
