what if they need you indefinitely, on $1 salary, or you lose your severance.
60 days WARN act.
Or if they need you longer you may need to stay longer or lose your severance, your expected to perform, just can't show up and do nothing or you can lose your severance.
Just come in and drink the free sodas.
