One of the things that the financial firms are not being told is the financial condition of the University of the Rockies. The On ground campus in Denver continues to struggle with less than 30 students and online growth is stagnant. I still believe they will move to close this campus within the next 12 months. That would help the company in removing huge cost in maintaining that location. I do know they are sub-leasing out several floors they have in the two buildings in Downtown Denver.
If they are able to sell the various properties in Clinton IA. that will help their bottom line on a temporary basis.
@None, I stand corrected. And it was a "bloodbath" for BPI this morning. The numbers were far worse than expected. Enrollment down from 61K to 51K. Expected 12 cent profit per share was actually a 1 cent loss..................... http://finance.yahoo.com/news/inplay-briefing-com-055139997.html#bpi
