maybe build 40 "tiny houses" instead of a SFH. get 30x total rent vs. SFH. because bay area. Call it Uberville, after Herbert Hoover-villes.

Remember.... The value is in the land! You can rebuild most of those shacks for less than $100,000 in materials. Getting the rubble hauled away will probably cost you more than hiring labor--if you use undocumented aliens from the "Home Despot" parking lot!
