Layoff is not that bad. I experienced three times before, and each time ended up with a better company/job/salary. Enjoy your life with your family. No hatred on each other.

the the money and run....save yourself from the Q nonsense
Layoffs are part of life, but replacing American workforce with H 1B is a different thing; this is what happens here. Somebody has to look into this.
