Are the houston subsea folks going to be layed off?

The RIF will happen in IT as they merge Transform & Sustain with Optimus, the duplicates have to let go and mainly employees not completed 2 years and Cameron sponsored visa employees need to discuss with their hr about their future in Cameron. No more funds left.
I heard from a global manager that layoffs are coming mid August to September....
Unfortunately its not only one subsea, all the divisions..........
