If you're really worried about IT tracking your use of this website, browse it on your personal phone with your cellular data connection and don't browse using your corporate computer or phone(s). Qualcomm IT and HR will have no idea what you're reading or saying if you do that.

It takes time to print those pink slips.
I can tell you that when I left, the HR person who did my exit interview said she was brought in because HR was swamped. (Presmably getting all those PIP's in order.)
@A127559: Right now, I think HR is getting busy processing the layoff packages, and they might be too busy to be bothered. This site is a distraction to them. What would be really cool is for a laid-off HR person to come on this site to spill the beans.
@Anonymous127558, with 1000 people in HR, how many do you think work for Ministry of Information?
I would not worry about retaliation. That would be a law suit waiting to happen. However, HR is active in trying to control public opinion. They always have.
If I were you I would not access this site using Qualcomm network: Qretaliation?
QC definitely monitors this site.
@A127519: Why don’t you ask HR if they are aware of this site?
It's like when you review your boss and they say it's anonymous: Do not trust it.
Better be safe than sorry; next thing you know, you've got a bad review; I would never trust QC
@ Anonymous127510, Is it just speculation on you have some valid theory? Do you think in organization big and complex like QC anyone can easily pull out official spying and manipulating 3rd party site? Do you know how big problem it will be for Q if they are caught doing it? There are folks with all kind of opinions here so learn to live with it.
Anonymous127503, Agree ,but they can work out some arrangement ( third party hosting ect..),to provide anonymity..should be possible.
QC is monitoring this site. All QC defenders are mostly from HR. Those that whipped out pages of rebuttal in seconds are from legal. QC pros are on board. Welcome. One suggestion: stop creating side-track topics.
The site might be the first social media where QC employees can "freely" communicate: maybe more powerful than one thinks.
QCOM should seriously consider having internal anonymous discussion board to allow open discussion...It's very valuable.
Actually, I think QC just ignores us. But we might as well continue!
+1, This site is a great resource to freely discuss issues.
