Employees can earn a bonus of up to $4,000 if they refer a woman, underrepresented minority or veteran who is ultimately hired. That's twice the standard bonus.

Q doesn't give out bonus for referrals. That practice was abandoned many years ago. If we do it now, whoever started it again is insane and needs to be canned as #1.
