In today’s IDP “pep talk” email Darren Hart, Fossil’s esteemed EVP of HR wrote, “The point here is that you have towering strengths…and you were hired because of them!”

He neglected to address the reason 100 of us were fired without cause. (Yeah, we all know why.)
