If you're in the middle of a phone screen, and if someone asks you a technical question that you don't know the answer to, just be fvcking honest and say (a) you don't know or (b) you've never done anything like what I'm asking you about. I won't ding you on something you don't know. But I will ding you big time if you lie and say you know something when you really don't have a fvcking clue. Don't put something on your fvcking resume and say you know/did something when you didn't do shit on it. And then if I ask you about it, don't be fvcking flipping through a textbook looking shit up like Q-candidate #1 tried to do or ask your friend/colleague that was sitting right next to you the same question I just asked you like Q-candidate #2 did....Or if at least if you're going to be doing those things like Q-candidate#1 and Q-candidate#2 did, at least be somewhat smart enough to hit the button on your phone that says "mute" so I don't know what you are doing at your home/work/etc where ever you are taking the call. My god....Can you guys please change the title of your "software engineers" to things like "Senior Bit Flipper", "Staff Bit Flipper", "Senior Staff Bit Flipper" please???
