Anonymous127839-I need to find a way to do the defense to repayment in a way that won't get discarded at will by the department of education.. I have zero trust or confidence in their motives regarding student loans and I doubt I'm alone in that regard.

Why do the taxpayers keep this fraud open? When are we going to say no to Modany, Geene, Barry and the of the crooks? When is the government going to jail all of the above? When are the graduates and current students going to get liberated from these mess? All of people mentioned above,are now with millions of dollars in their bank accounts. Will the government take some of that money and give it back to the students who they cheated?
Tarasi is not replacing Modany. Tarasi is replacing Fitzpatrick. Modany is staying on until December 2015 presumably because the largely incompetent board can't attract anybody else to clean up the stinking mound of manure that represents the product of Modany and Fitzpatrick's collective talents.
