Well Collections is moving to the Strip District, so where is everyone else going?
What happens when there is no more equity to sell off? When EDMC is bare naked? Guess it will just go quietly into the night.
Management is reactive, not proactive.
Couldn't they have figured this out five months ago before they signed another lease on the building? Is management really just shooting from the hip?
