Oh, h*ll! It's not just QCOM that perpetuates the myth that there aren't enough US engineers. Apple has it's i-squared PAC, and both "Microserf" and Google are equally guilty of this. You will find it everywhere you go. If you can't work smarter than the H1B's you will wind up working longer hours and/or for less.
QCOM won't be around for 5G. So long unethical POS hiring H1Bs cause there are "no qualified" American Engrs. Hope the GREEDY MF'rs rot.
5G is 1gb mobile, everyone is working on it everywhere.
