Some 10 years ago, Tony would show up in the lab with a few of his buddies, late in the afternoon, and spread some manure around. Has he improved his leadership skills since then with the expensive management training and anger management classes we've been giving him? If not, his vastly expanded empire is for sure doomed now. No team is targetted and no team is ignored ... It is all infevedual evaluation
Performance based layoff will impact everyone...there is nothing special about MST or RF or target SW...they all are needed and valued as much as any other team.
