Managers are nominating PL names to save their own ass

This is happening and it is fact. I know the manager who was really fu*ing idiot. He nominated PL names for release from project to save his own ass. The guys who were nominated were high performing resources. So basically managers are following "Tu meri (gnd) chat mai teri chatata hoon".

you are correct better to move out of company while u are ap2 or ap3, if u are struck in non bnfs domain for long time u cannot get outside. if u are getting release be happy

I m one of the laid off employee from Pune. Now i am enjoying my life and got a great opportunity with accenture. so move out stop complaining.

haha looks to be correct , to protect himself the logistic MSO DD (then DM) - released 4 PM3's from feedex testing group last year so that they don't become DM's. looks like they did not release the PLs below them and got trapped. every one start releasing your subordinates

what else , do u expect the manager to nominate his own name for release and layoff. It i very difficult to get job for manager outside the company. PL can get easily job outside.

It is correct strategy. if manager retains Pls, DM will nominate the managers name for release him/her and will claim the he reduced cost by releasing PM and getting work don by PL. Pl's - PM ko chatne se phaida nahi hain , DM ko chato our PM ko sabotage kardo. PM log DD ko chaato our apni apko bachalo and DM logonko bahgado.
