You could find a job a month ago in SD, when there were only a few people looking. Now, you are competing with thousands of other people. Even Mediatek is going to be picky about former QC employees . Forget about SD.
Broadcom is a dead end, and so you better start hitting the SV contacts. Aim to get another job, and forget about trying to keep the same comp and benefit. There are wasteful benefits in QC that you will not see in another fiscally responsible company, and so, forget about comparing comp and benefit.
