We're trying to save money here. Should try to GTFO ASAP to have the highest chance of securing your next gig. I for one would rather not be unemployed over the holidays, even if it means not getting a GTFO package. By the time hiring picks up again, there's a high chance you would be unemployed for 6mo, at which point the stench of being unemployable starts to get overbearing

My suggestion is to leave now or as soon you receive the notification. This way will give u q better chance to find a job before all other 4000 people are looking....
