PJ is not a nice guy he is a used car salesman. Do you honestly think in kess than a year SM did this? No it was PJ. He already ran a bunch of divisions Into the ground before they made him CEO could have predicted this years ago. He is no IJ and never was.
And your hopes of Sanjay coming back - think again- not until some of those C level execs are gone. Sanjay left because of them. He's better than QC.
PJ is part of the reason that the company is in the mess. He was out chasing tail and let his friends run businesses that they had no idea what they were doing. Although he is a nice guy he is not a quality CEO by any stretch He could never make any hard decisions and wasted billions on projects like MediaFlo and Mirasol yet he is still paid handsomely because he is the founders son. Although the changes may seem tough and impact a lot of folks it is a step in the right direction and will bring more accountability.
