Qualcomm is still making money. They need a visionary CEO who can show first improve execution, define a good road map and venture into new areas.
Layoffs would lower morale, cause attrition to smart people and end destroy company.
If JANA wants to make money, they should push for a good CEO not talk about splitting company.
