Truth is attrition rate is an all time LOW.

The best part of this post is someone who quit working at CHK a year ago still finds time to offer opinions on the CHK layoff page. Your life sounds really terrible.

Internal transfer holdups are exactly the reason why I left CHK a year ago, what a terrible policy they have in place. Who honestly feels comfortable with a manager or in my case four tiers of hierarchy involved in that process? All they are doing is holding good employees back or running them off.

All this is true. Then add all the bs from benko's group with the freaking speed bumps, signs, and radars. Smh. Management doesn't get that we are getting crap from all sides. More work, longer hours, stupid policies, and a high attrition rate. Moral is the lowest and then we cut the dividend and send our stock further down the shitter. They haven't a clue.

I'm just impressed that someone who clearly used to work in the HR department of CHK has managed to become a contributing writer for Forbes!
