1: Stay, get laid off, and stand in the unemployment line. Or, #2: Use the time we have remaining to look and secure a better job. This place is going to the dogs. It is amazing that we all were led to believe that ECMC was going to be our savior. What a joke. They have shown their true colors and it's not pretty. Look around. It shouldn't surprise any of us. This is the way that most organizations are run this day. Look at what the President told us about ObamaCare - "If you like your plan, you can keep your plan. If you like you doctor, you can keep your doctor." How's that working our for you?

718, it may not close completely but if it does make it past the end of the year it will be drastically down sized with about one half of the schools closed. Hawn thought all he had to do was add non-profit to Everest and Wyotech and people would be busting the doors down.
What do you expect from ECMC? The Obama administration put the whole deal between CCi the DOE and ECMC together. We all know how transparent and honest those people are.
And what would that joke be 628?
I can't comment on the Obama care. However, I can certainly coment on the Zenith organization. Zenith is nothing but CCI 2.0. They never tell the truth and all they care is profit. There is only one outcome for this mess, and that is closing by the end of the year.
What do Obama and Zenith have in common?
Both are mistakes soon coming to an end.
The Administrative Leadership is a joke.
617 - Soon the joke will be on you!! Hope you have a good sense of humor.

Yeah Zenith is working. You have any other jokes you want to share?
I've felt from the day ECMC took ownership of the schools there would be a restructuring and people would lose jobs. The way they handled the RIFs should tell everyone how ECMC/ Zenith works. Seniority and or job performance had no bearing on who was chosen to be terminated. Some of the best instructors were on the chopping block while others that have had problems were kept. This type of action only comes from someone at corporate level that only cares about the bottom line. Zenith is in trouble and has entered survival mode. So, don't count on your seniority as job security. When the next axe falls your name may be on the list. 14 years and never a bad performance review but my name made the last RIF.
I still have the same insurance and I still have the same doctor. I guess it's working just like Zenith is working..
