The more incompetent you are the more likely you will keep a job at Noble. You are not getting rid of the friends and family promotion system, you are getting way more of the same add a doze of who you suck up to and you drink with then you will be right at home. Doing and knowing your job will only get you over worked and underpaid while the hoe in the corner office is showing enough skin to not have to do much of anything except rake in the paycheck that you will not be getting! Welcome to Noble.
Check your experience at the door. Friends and family plan is the order of the day. Unless of course you have a vagina - in that case you will be fine too.
Noble invented promotion by "friends and family"... but also add incompetence to the list. Noble promotes those that "suck up" and "kiss ass" the most. If you are prepared for that you will succeed at Noble.
Noble will not be better. Most "clickish" company you will ever work for. Good news is that you don't really have to be competent at Noble. Just be willing to kiss ass anyone who might be your boss. You will be fine. Noble does not value experience or knowledge. Just ass kissing.
Boy if you think you are losing the friends and family plan once acquisition is completed you have a rude awakening coming your way.
