9172 is a Zenith HR Nazi. What a loser. Having to read through all of this shit and write something so outlandish that NO ONE will believe it.

173, you think you have been treated fairly. I don't know how long you've been working at your campus but I worked at my campus before CCi bought it. I had over 13 years there and I too thought ECMC was treating me fair until I got handed a letter and was told I was no longer needed. I was told the people being let go was picked by your position or by lottery and wages. We'll see how fair you think ECMC is when you receive your termination papers.
9172: I appreciate the positive comment. However, the facts remain the same. We still have the same CCI crooks as the leadership of this mess. We still don't have any starts to show that the Zenith thing is serious about staying in business. We still RIF people in a very alarming way. We still don't have any new programs.
I work at one of the Fl campuses and have been treated very fairly by ECMC. In fact, I believe they are doing exactly what they need to do in order to get the campus numbers back to where I know they can be again. Very smart leadership group.
Face it, you are ALL too lazy to look for a new job. Sitting around an complaining is so cute. Good luck
OP: Most of us still here have lost our minds, so we no longer know if we are bored, nervous, scared or pathetic.
8560: You are a very smart person. Looking for a job now is the best thing any employee can do at this point. Getting out of this nasty mess is the best thing anyone can do. What is going to happen soon is what happened last year.... Teach out and closings.
Zenith will not last long.
Bored? No. Disinterested, disgruntled and completely disengaged to the point I do the absolute minimum (something I've never done in any other job in over 15 years in the work force)? Yes, absolutely!!! The only other organization I've ever worked for that was this unethical and poisonous was ITT Tech- who also has been sued by CFPB (just like CCi before it went under). I know I'm not alone in thinking this, at least among coworkers here in Tampa, and no organization can last long term with high numbers of disengaged personnel.
Instread of being bored, I'm looking for employment elsewhere. This place is a sinking ship. ECMC has no clue how to make Zenith successful and I'm not going to wait around.
