This fraud is coming to a bitter end. What happened to CCI last year it will happen to these crooks soon. Last year CCI was the big bully that nobody could touch. Well, we all know that CCI had the touching they deserved by the DOE. Once the DOE held the mighty money, the big bully died very fast. The next big bully is ITT. This bully will also go down once the government stops feeding them hundreds of millions of dollars per year.

I am sure ITT is feeding the "right people" a lot of money per year. These "right people" will have to go to jail along with Modany and his crooks, when the truth comes up about ITT.
