Allscripts India really sucks ...it is the worst company ever....While people are talking about the layoffs in US only layoffs are happening in India too....everyone including my friends at Allscripts are very very scared.they do not not know when it is going to be their last day ,some of them have already been fired...Allscripts India HR department headed by Matilda Charles is the worst department in India...They don't know shit and do not know anything...Then there are managers who are like semi literate and do not even know how to write an email or how to talk to the client...They give promotions to those who lick their ass...In my team a girl was promoted within six months of joining the company just because the manager liked her....Later the manager was found guilty of sexual harassment ..but he is still working with Allscripts so you can imagine how good the Indian HR department is..Then there are managers who are technically zero and they are managers just because they speak good English. Some of the managers are so arrogant that they think that they own this company.Most of the staff and management in India are people from call centers but technically they are very weak so that is why they fail to provide good technical support.
All the higher management in India is full of liars..they are so good at lying that you actually start believing them . Hard worker do not get anything at Allscripts ..many of my friends who have been working here for the past five years did not get a single promotion and then there are those who dont do shit and just because they lick their managers asses they are promoted every year ...One girl on my floor got promotion every year and she became and expert in three years ..WOW..and everyone on the floor knew that she sucked her managers dick ...Such a shame ..Allscripts is like a brothel...you want something you give me something!!
