Get real about HR. HR is there to protect the company not you.
They are all as arrogant as the come. They still think that these are the glorious days of CCI. I think getting rid of them will be another move to the right direction. The first one was getting rid of all the regionals.
114: Pam H can't either. The problem with our HR people is their connection with the rest of the CCI crooks. As employees we don't have an independent voice (HR) we can voice our concerns we have with the operations or the RVPO's. Any complaints or any issues are squashed and, we the employees get on the shit list for bringing up the issue. This similar to (even though not as serious) a dictatorship.
