I was one of them. 20+ years. Some have been there longer. Karma hopefully will strick. If they get 1 compliment from a customer it is quickly emailed to the company. Learn that you have to change with the market, not the other way... no company stays stuck in the 1990's...
The layoffs will continue into next week. I expect a minimum of 250 people will be laid off in total.
